Coffee Shop Barista at National Star Services

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Part time Barista to join our team in Dubuque, IA 52003.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft Delicious Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.

• Deliver Great Customer Service: Welcome customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and recommend drinks to create a great café experience.

• Keep the Café Running Smoothly: Maintain a clean, organized workspace by cleaning coffee machines, utensils, and preparation areas.

• Stay Stocked & Ready: Monitor and restock coffee beans, ingredients, cups, and other supplies to keep operations flowing.

• Know the Menu: Learn our coffee selections, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to confidently assist and educate customers. 

Schedule:

Monday & Friday

7:00AM to 12:00PM

Hourly Pay Rate:

$18.00/hr.

Bi-weekly Pay.

Requirements:

-Must have two valid forms of IDs (Picture ID & SSC.)

-Bilingual (Speak English and Spanish) is a plus.

-Previous experience preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.

-Background check will be conducted.

-Be able to start working as soon as possible.

-Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
