Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer queries and seamless service delivery.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system and follow up as necessary.
- Collect customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about banking regulations and products to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or finance sector, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
