We are looking for a passionate Spa Therapist (m/f) to elevate our wellness offering. As a fundamental part of our Wellness team, your Mission will be to carry out spa activities under the guidance of the coordination team, ensuring service excellence that reflects Aethos’ values. You will be responsible for creating moments of deep regeneration, managing the guest journey in collaboration with our Host team, and providing the operational support necessary to keep our sanctuary running in harmony.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment Excellence: Prepare and perform treatments and massages according to daily bookings, strictly adhering to our Spa’s distinctive concept and protocols.
  • Flow Management: Actively collaborate with the Host team to manage bookings, ensuring a balanced schedule and a warm welcome for guests.
  • Operational Rituals: Precisely execute Spa opening and closing procedures, ensuring the space is always ready to inspire.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain high hygiene and quality standards for all Wellness equipment and facilities daily, preserving the safety and comfort of everyone.

    • Core Requirements and Skills

  • Technical Training: Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Facial Treatments. Knowledge of Ayurvedic Massage (Abhyanga) and Hot Stones is highly valued.
  • Languages: Basic English (spoken) to communicate with our international community.
  • Natural Host: A genuine passion for wellbeing and the ability to connect authentically with guests.
  • Flexibility: Availability to "surf the wave" of our hotel schedule, including weekends and bank holidays.
