JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:        
•    Lead reliability improvements for CNC machining centers to enhance equipment availability, OEE, and process capability. 
•    Utilize structured reliability methods (TPM, RCCA, PFMEA, predictive maintenance) to eliminate chronic losses and stabilize throughput. 
•    Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Production to embed a reliability-focused culture and standard work.
•    Perform data analysis & support maintenance team to improve machine availability.
•    Ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards.
•    Improve machine availability & OEE through loss analysis & corrective actions.
•    Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
•    Manage critical spares and obsolescence strategy.
•    Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent fixes.
•    Deploy TPM and operator care on constraint machining centers.
•    Influence reliability in new equipment design and commissioning.
•    Implement predictive maintenance (vibration, lubrication, thermal monitoring) initiative.
•    Coach operators and technicians on defect tagging and basic care.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial) with 10 years of experience is required.
•    Black Belt certification with a focus on machining centers maintenance, reliability data analytics (Llumin data) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
•    Experience in manufacturing operations, RCCA on maintenance repairs.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
•    Black Belt certification.
•    CNC machining Centers & misc. assets maintenance.
•    Statistical & reliability data analytics, & root cause analysis.
•    Experience with Llumin CMMS+ (https://llumin.com/)
•    Microsoft O365 / Power BI.
•    Project Management, New Capital Introduction (NCI).
•    Hands-on CNC experience, including machine setup.
•    Operation / Programming / Coaching.

•    Excellent oral and written communication skills.

•    Ability to work independently and within a team.
•    Strong sense of urgency and the ability to balance priorities between Safety & Ergonomics and Quality
