Cross-Channel Media Operations Coordinator at FP1 Strategies

FP1 Strategies, a political consulting firm based in Arlington, Virginia, is looking for a Cross-Channel Media Operations Coordinator to join its Media Buying team.

The Cross-Channel Media Operations Coordinator will support the coordination and execution of media plans across both linear and digital channels, ensuring smooth communication between media planners and campaign teams.

Specifically, the Cross-Channel Media Operations Coordinator will:

• Coordinate the flow of information and operations between media planners (linear and digital) and political campaign teams
• Ensure the media budget and weight are accurately communicated and ultimately reflected on media plans and invoices
• Organize and communicate client needs with the appropriate members of the media team
• Assist media planners with operational support and the day-to-day execution of media campaigns
• Organize and distribute specialized multi-channel competitive reporting
• Maintain internal tracking systems and documentation
• Support cross-channel coordination to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule
• Provide general team support as needed

Requirements

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
• 1–3 years of political, advertising, or media-related experience (relevant internships can count toward this)
