Requirements
Account Executive - This is where you come in.
We’re looking for two Account Executives to grow our customer base by building strong relationships and securing new B2B clients in the Seattle and Lynnwood areas. In this role, you will focus on selling Service Agreements for commercial buildings, demonstrating the expertise and value of our technicians and our best-in-class Commercial HVAC Maintenance Services.
Travel throughout the region will be required.

The Account Executive role reports to Shannon Force, Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance agreements by evaluating customers’ current operational costs and developing tailored proposals that demonstrate how our services can reduce those costs and improve building performance. You will also manage contract renewals and modifications, build strong, long-term partnerships with customers, anticipate their evolving needs, and introduce additional MacDonald-Miller services that help them achieve their goals.

Benefits
Compensation:
$70,000 to $90,000 annually, plus commissions and vehicle compensation.

Where You’ll Work
Our Seattle HQ office (17930 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188) has easy access to the SeaTac International Airport, ample secured parking, and newly renovated office facilities - not to mention great views! Neighborhood amenities include an onsite deli, restaurants, and convenient freeway/airport access. This role has flexibility at times, but requires a consistent four days of work in the office a week.
