Description
- Responsible for HR activities, reports and projects. Counsel with department supervisors and employees discipline situations and company handbook interpretation. Respond to employees concerns and questions. Coordinate shift activities, employee relations, and or plant functions.
- Ensure proper record keeping, documentation, interview and selection, new staff orientation, government reporting.
- Assist with time and attendance tracking system / point system.
- Assist with the ergonomics program.
Others duties as needed.
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
1 – 2 years in Human Resources or General office work environment.
Able to communicate at all levels in English / Spanish.
Leadership skills, detail oriented, problem solving, multitask, well organized.
Able to work in a fast changing environment, stress conditions.

Computer knowledge at must.
