Celerion’s Lincoln site is hiring a part-time Operations Support Analyst to support scheduling and resource planning for upcoming clinical studies. This role acts as a mini-project coordinator, scheduling real-time sample analysis in collaboration with our on-site clinics and bioanalytical labs across North America. It is a highly dynamic position that requires proactive communication with multiple teams to determine when and how work can be completed.
This position is part-time, working 20–25 hours per week with a flexible, hybrid working schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is expected to last 6–9 months, with the possibility of extension or development into a permanent position. We are seeking candidates who can meet with the team in Lincoln, NE, on-site regularly.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will collaborate with our North American Molecular and Cell Biology teams in Lincoln and Phoenix to schedule sample analysis for real-time processing from clinic sites. You will coordinate clinical protocol details alongside proposed study dates to generate demand forecasts and continuously assess scheduling options to find cohesive solutions across departments. You may also engage with AI tools and Smartsheet to support ongoing improvements to our scheduling processes.
What We're Looking For:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field
The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, thrives in a fluid and fast-paced environment, and is motivated to deliver quality work that supports real business decisions.
Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and processes or research is a plus.
Strong English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and solid overall IT skills are required.
