You will support customers from the German-speaking market, working fully remotely from Greece. Your mission: guide people professionally, understand their needs, and ensure a positive customer journey.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers via email, chat, and phone
• Advising customers on the correct use of products or services
• Analyzing problems and finding suitable solutions
• Processing refunds, exchanges, and adjustments
• Supporting customers with orders and general inquiries
• Following up on open cases until they are fully resolved

Requirements

What you bring

• Fluency in German and good English skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working
• Experience in customer service or troubleshooting is an advantage
• Interest in digital tools, products, or service processes
