Role Overview
The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation of the Channeltivity PRM platform and Partner Growth Framework in alignment with each customer’s channel program objectives.
The primary focus of this role is helping customers optimize their channel sales operations while continuously enhancing satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
You will manage a portfolio of customers, operate within tight timelines, and lead complex enterprise implementations from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities
This role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and executive-level relationship management.
Strategic Partner Program Expertise
- Deep understanding of B2B technology partner program operations and growth objectives
Project Leadership
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects
- Define timelines and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Escalate and resolve critical path issues
- Lead system configuration, training, go-live, and formal handoff to Channeltivity Support
Solution Design & Configuration
- Align customer growth objectives with system requirements, workflows, and best-practice configurations
- Design solutions with a forward-looking perspective — building for where the customer wants to be in three years, not just where they are today
Technical Expertise
- Configure complex system permission structures
- Oversee data cleansing and migrations
- Manage SaaS integrations with customer tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Leverage AI tools to enhance process optimization
Relationship Management & Change Leadership
- Solve problems and lead change management initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to stakeholders and C-suite executives
- Manage expectations while driving adoption and measurable outcomes
- Maintain a clear focus on customer success
Strategic Account Portfolio Growth
- Monitor customer objectives and evolving needs
- Continue advising, problem-solving, and identifying opportunities that drive long-term success and loyalty
Process Improvement
- Continuously improve Channeltivity’s implementation methodology
- Develop standardized templates and documentation to increase efficiency
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Channeltivity Partner Growth Framework
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills; able to teach, engage, and hold an audience (a sense of humor helps)
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to facilitate team-based creative problem-solving and alignment
- Skilled at uncovering root causes beneath surface-level questions
- Proficient with project management and accountability tools
- Exceptional ability to visualize and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Clairvoyance is a plus 😊
Requirements
- 8+ years in the enterprise software/solutions industry across two or more roles (e.g., sales, sales engineering, support, implementation, consulting, solutions engineering, product management)
- 2+ years in a similar implementation-focused role (with meaningful implementation experience)
- Demonstrated success designing workflows within major CRM or PRM systems
- Experience facilitating customer workshops and leading enterprise projects
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and partner ecosystems
