Your Role:

• Support our recruitment team by sourcing and engaging German-speaking candidates across various industries.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for our clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deepen your understanding of job specifications and organizational requirements.
• Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, providing a positive experience.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to efficiently attract high-quality talent.
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and innovative ideas to enhance talent support strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to strengthen your recruitment capabilities.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and colleagues in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently in a virtual environment.
• A collaborative spirit, excited to work as part of a diverse, remote team.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote capacity.
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.
• Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Athens, Greece
