Position Overview
Pacific Health Group (PHG) is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Behavioral Health Programs to lead and expand our Behavioral Health division within a fully integrated, whole-person care model. This executive leadership role will align Behavioral Health services with PHG’s broader ecosystem, including CalAIM Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS), Street Medicine, Care Coordination, and Community Health Worker programs.
The Director will play a critical role in shaping integrated systems that eliminate care silos, strengthen clinical quality, and improve measurable outcomes for diverse and underserved communities throughout California.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of all Behavioral Health programs.
- Integrate Behavioral Health services with ECM, Community Supports, Street Medicine, and care coordination programs.
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with managed care partnerships.
- Oversee clinical quality metrics, performance indicators, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Direct staffing models, productivity benchmarks, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and managed care regulations.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing clinical and administrative leaders.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Active clinical license in good standing (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent), where applicable.
- Minimum of two (2) years of current experience serving as a Director overseeing an active Behavioral Health program.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
- Demonstrated expertise in program operations, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health billing, payer models, and value-based care environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in integrated care or multi-site program management.
- Experience within CalAIM, ECM, Community Supports, or Medicaid-based models.
- Proven track record of program growth and measurable clinical outcomes.
