About the Role:
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our fun, supportive team at our Westminster clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.
Position Details:
- Location: In-person, Westminster clinic
- Schedule: Part-time
- Workdays: Monday–Friday
- Optional Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Part-time schedules are flexible and based on clinic needs
Session Requirements
- Monday–Thursday: Availability for 10 × 30-minute sessions per day
- Friday: Availability for 8 × 30-minute sessions
Clinic Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available as long as minimum session requirements are met
Compensation
- $60,000 – $104,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
Requirements
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree
- Active Colorado (DORA) Physical Therapy license
- A genuine passion for working with children of all ages, diagnoses, and abilities
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional care
- Experience working with pediatric patients (clinical rotations or professional experience)
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems
- Excellent communication skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift, transfer, and position pediatric patients safely
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of pediatric physical therapy experience
- Experience in one or more settings: outpatient pediatrics, home health, early intervention, or school-based therapy
- Knowledge of pediatric development, motor milestones, and age-appropriate interventions
- Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric populations
