Compensation

$65,000 – $95,000+ annually
Base Pay + Personal Production Bonus & Commissions

What You’ll Own

• Daily canvass team production
• Appointment-setting volume + quality
• Training and onboarding new canvassers
• Field ride-alongs and live coaching
• Tracking team KPIs (sets, demos, conversions)
• Culture, energy, and accountability

You are responsible for results — not activity.
