The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience by managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and a proactive approach to supporting our talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize training programs.
  • Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and policies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or commodities environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
