The Opportunity
This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates who want to earn, grow, and develop real-world skills quickly.
As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you will work directly with business owners, helping them access capital that can change the direction of their business. You will be building relationships, solving problems, and learning how to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You will begin with a structured two-week training program starting March 9th, where you will learn a proven system. From day one, you will be developing the skills needed to succeed in business, sales, and communication.
This is not a role where you wait years for growth. Your performance determines your progression. High performers can advance into Broker, Senior Broker, and leadership roles, including Office Management.
Our office is located in Midtown Manhattan, within walking distance of Grand Central. You will be working alongside a driven, competitive team that is focused on growth, performance, and opportunity.
What You Will Learn and Do
In this role, you will develop professional skills that most people take years to build.
You will learn how to communicate with confidence, build relationships with decision-makers, and guide conversations that lead to real outcomes. You will develop sales and negotiation skills that are valuable across industries.
Your responsibilities will include reaching out to business owners through calls, email, and social media, qualifying opportunities, and presenting financial solutions that meet their needs. You will manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently, and build long-term relationships.

Compensation and Earning Potential
This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance.
You will earn between 20% and 40% commission on every deal you close.
Most new representatives generate around $2,500 within their first two weeks after training as they begin closing their first deals. Within the first 60 days, consistent performers typically earn between $3,500 and $6,000 per month.
Top performers who stay consistent and commit to the system regularly earn between $8,000 and $10,000 or more per month.
