As the Commercial Business Intelligence Director, you will sit at the intersection of Commercial, Partnerships, Marketing and Performance Intelligence, acting as the strategic data lead across the full partner lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we identify, attract, convert and retain commercial partners - ensuring every decision is insight-led, commercially grounded, and performance-driven.
- Unify, standardize and manage automation across targeting, outreach and proposal creation
- Support the development of data-led prospecting strategies
- Build compelling, insight-driven sales materials and commercial decks
- Provide day-to-day sales support and ad-hoc analysis
- Contribute to team updates and all-hands reporting
- Develop and manage robust reporting frameworks for brand partners and internal stakeholders
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives
- Identify critical insights across multiple data sources (qualitative and quantitative)
- Support sponsorship valuation and optimisation strategies
Requirements

What do you need to bring to the team?
- Experience in the commercial side of sport, ideally within motorsport or elite sport
- Strong experience in sponsorship valuation and performance reporting.
- Understands how sponsorship integrates within the broader marketing mix
- Ability to translate data into commercially persuasive stories
- Extremely proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly collaborative, but thrives with clear ownership of remit
- Experience in product development or commercial proposition building
- Proficient in Power BI or other data visualisation programs
- Collaborative & communicative working well in a team and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Composed under pressure and in fast paced environments, maintaining focus and professionalism in challenging situations
- Detail-oriented & precise always striving for accuracy, thoroughness, and clear, concise work
