THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a high-energy candidate to help drive growth through co-selling, joint go-to-market initiatives, and solution alignment with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This role will focus on executing AWS co-sell motions, supporting pipeline acceleration, and enabling internal sales teams to effectively leverage AWS programs, funding, and field relationships. You will work closely with AWS Partner Managers, Account Managers, and Solution Architects to identify and advance joint opportunities.
This is a hands-on alliance role ideal for someone with strong cloud fundamentals and emerging partner leadership experience.
WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO
AWS Co-Sell & Pipeline Execution
Build strong working relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Partner Solutions Architects (PSAs), and AWS Account Managers
Support joint account planning and opportunity alignment through AWS ACE pipeline manager
Help drive co-sell motions aligned to AWS field priorities
Participate in client meetings alongside sales teams to represent AWS-aligned solution capabilities
Track AWS-sourced and influenced pipeline contribution
Internal Enablement & Sales Support
Educate internal sales teams on AWS co-sell processes, ACE registration, and partner engagement best practices
Support development of AWS-focused “better together” messaging and sales collateral
Help align sellers to AWS funding programs (MAP, POC funding, migration incentives, etc.)
Provide guidance on AWS Marketplace and private offer motions where applicable
Solution & Program Alignment
Partner with delivery and architecture teams to align offerings with AWS reference architectures and partner competencies
Support development of AWS-aligned accelerators and repeatable solutions
Help maintain AWS competencies, partner status, and certifications
Monitor AWS announcements and roadmap updates to identify growth opportunities
Relationship & Ecosystem Support
Assist in preparation for AWS QBRs, partner reviews, and GTM planning sessions
Represent the company at AWS Summits, partner events, and workshops as needed
Serve as a liaison between internal sales, technical teams, and AWS field teams to reduce friction in deal cycles
WHAT YOU BRING
5–8 years of experience in alliances, cloud sales, partner management, or technical pre-sales
Experience working within the AWS Partner Network (APN) ecosystem
Understanding of AWS cloud services (compute, storage, data, analytics, AI/ML)
Familiarity with AWS co-sell motion, ACE, Marketplace, and funding programs
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Background in consulting or professional services preferred
NICE TO HAVE
AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate or Professional)
Experience in data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud modernization projects
Experience tracking and reporting AWS-sourced revenue
