Responsibilities

• Assist Body Shop Technicians in performing repairs on damaged vehicles
• Help with vehicle disassembly and reassembly as needed
• Learn to use tools and equipment related to body repair and refinishing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Participate in training programs to develop technical skills
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Provide excellent support to technicians and contribute to team goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training in automotive repair is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the automotive field
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and body repair techniques is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
