ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Total Rewards Partner, you will be the primary custodian of our rewards philosophy and infrastructure globally. This isn’t just about managing spreadsheets; it’s about ensuring our compensation, benefits, and equity structures are competitive, scalable, and compliant across all our global markets. This role requires a unique blend of strategic foresight and "roll-up-your-sleeves" execution. You will play a pivotal role in Trustly’s globalization efforts, ensuring that whether an employee is in Stockholm, London, or San Francisco, their total rewards package is competitive, fair, and aligned with our high-performance culture.

Competitive Benefits Benchmarking: Continuously evaluate and evolve our global benefits - including health, wellness, and retirement - to ensure they remain competitive and locally relevant in every region we operate.
Job Architecture & Leveling: Maintain and refine our global job levelling and career architecture framework to ensure internal equity and consistency as the organization scales.
Policy & Compliance Governance: Proactively audit and update rewards practices and policies. You’ll ensure we stay ahead of global regulatory changes, pay transparency laws, and international labor standards.

Education & Transparency: Develop clear communication strategies that demystify compensation and benefits for employees, fostering a culture of trust and clarity.
Global Mobility & Relocation: Improve and oversee our global mobility framework. You will manage the complexities of international transfers, including relocation policies, tax equalization, visa support coordination, and the "total rewards" package adjustments required for cross-border moves.

The Global Expert: You bring 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Total Rewards within a global context (experience in the US, EU, and LATAM is a major plus).
Analytical Powerhouse: You live in the data and are confident in developing models to support reward design and decision-making, both people and commercial. You obsess over data completeness and accuracy, meticulously checking that your analysis and recommendations are bulletproof.
FinTech & Industry Savvy: Experience in the FinTech sector is strongly preferred. You understand the unique talent pace of our industry and ideally bring a mix of private and public company experience to help us navigate our growth trajectory.
Detail-Oriented Strategist: You are a self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings. You have a proven ability to lead and execute multiple complex projects concurrently with little direction, without losing sight of the fine print and managing risk effectively.
Champion of Transparency: You believe that transparency empowers ownership. You are passionate about demystifying rewards for employees and aren't afraid to dive deep into the technical details to ensure the team succeeds and our policies are rock-solid.
