Overview

The Business Program Manager - AI Analytics role is a strategic function that bridges business goals with execution. With a focus on Analytics and AI, the role remit will include driving strategic initiatives and fostering in will excel in managing relationships with business partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with organizational goals. A deep understanding of the intricacies involved in building and landing successful AI-first tools is essential, as this role will be instrumental in developing solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business success. Likewise, proficient analytical skills and excele/database management are required to drive LT level data driven insights to inform strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support, manage and scale analytics and reporting to drive LT decision making on empowerment, strategic programs and deal making strategies

  • Develop benchmarking tools that can integrate to AI tooling to equip deal makers with real time analytics

  • Lead quarterly insights reporting to Deal Desk leadership and community

  • Lead and scale Deal Desk AI strategy across tooling, processes and analytical workstreams

  • Develop AI-first tools to optimize deal making processes; close partnership with engineering and internal teams to enhance Deal Desk AI strategy

  • Drive AI first solutions adoption across Deal Desk and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Finance with quantifiable impact and proficient feedback loop

  • Champion seamless integration and widespread usage of new commerce we and modern tools within the organization, enhancing productivity for streamlined deal making.

  • Spearhead initiatives to streamline processes by continuously enhancing our AI tools to increase operational efficiency and reduced friction across deal-making workflows.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive improvements, risk management, and business continuity.

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and security of tools that are not supported by central engineering but are essential for deal execution.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in systems, tools and program management with a proven track record of delivering business results.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
