Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management or a related field.

- Understanding of supply chain, operations, and production processes

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the department in all administrative functions linked to B2B order processing
- Provide comprehensive support in overseeing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring effective communication, timely updates, and smooth coordination to meet customer needs and expectations
- Supporting cross-functional team with B2B queries
- Managing customer queries and escalating as necessary
This is a 12-month contract position.
