What You'll Do
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll extend the capacity of our dynamic Solutions Consulting team, becoming an indispensable asset in the development of crucial deal deliverables, including presentations and detailed Statements of Work. Beyond supporting existing engagements, you'll leverage your expertise to independently lead smaller, yet impactful, scoping engagements for our global prospects, ensuring precise alignment and successful project kick-offs. This dual focus means you'll not only contribute to accelerating our sales cycles, but also the end-to-end process of translating complex customer needs into actionable, commercially sound service proposals.

Consulting
+ Demonstrate strong evidence of successfully selling professional services within a software environment.

Consultative Sales and Solutioning

Project Management

Obtain comprehensive product and operational business knowledge, enabling you to provide direct, 2-up internal support to Solution Consulting peers by developing SOW drafts, leveraging AI and internal assets for information synthesis, and preparing implementation proposal options.
Grasp our implementation process, product capabilities, and scoping methodology sufficiently to independently lead initial scope discussions with Sitetracker prospects.
Within 180 Days, You'll
Consistently lead and successfully close a portfolio of scoping engagements for EMEA prospects, contributing directly to regional sales targets.
Become a recognized internal expert, routinely developing high-quality SOWs and strategic presentations that significantly accelerate deal velocity for the broader Solution Consulting team.
Proactively identify and begin implementing process improvements in deal deliverable creation, contributing to reduced average turnaround times for core team deliverables.

Significantly expand our SC sales support capacity across EMEA, becoming a cornerstone for regional growth and successful service delivery.
Drive a measurable, global reduction in average turnaround times for core SC deal deliverables, setting new benchmarks for efficiency.
Forge strong internal partnerships, becoming an invaluable resource and mentor for peers, continually elevating the team's collective expertise and output.
