Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and independent professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our contract management process, ensuring everything from preparation to tracking is handled with precision and in alignment with our global policies.

This is a "multi-skilled" position that requires a deep understanding of business processes. You are someone who thrives with a high degree of autonomy, takes ownership of your tasks, and naturally serves as a mentor and resource for colleagues with less experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Facilitation: Lead the end-to-end preparation, execution, and tracking of organizational contracts.

  • Process Expertise: Utilize your specialized skills to navigate complex procedures and systems, ensuring full compliance with company standards.

  • Operational Excellence: Impact the quality and timeliness of the team’s output. We don't just want you to follow the process—we want you to recommend changes to improve our efficiency.

  • Guidance & Support: Act as an informal resource and mentor, providing support and explaining job-specific information to team members.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve atypical problems by applying proven practices and creative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English is a must. You should be comfortable communicating, writing contracts, and collaborating with global teams in English daily.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business support, contract administration, or a related field with increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in a range of business systems and procedures, with a focus on accuracy and effectiveness. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or both is considered a strong plus.

  • Independence: Proven ability to complete high-quality work with a limited degree of supervision.

  • Collaboration: A clear understanding of how your team integrates with others to achieve overarching business objectives.
