JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide motor/converter/battery performance assessment, including cycle evaluations, dynamics, and cost estimations

• Support different machine platform on hybrid, full electric configurations

• Provide simulation models for system study needs

• Collect machine info, engage with different business sections

• Create component/system models with simulation tools

• Delivery quality report and presentations to end customers

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree required AND 10+ years of experience

• Master’s and PhD Degrees preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Power conversion knowledge, expertise with motors/drives/batteries

• Simulations skills

• Team Player

• Good documentation and presentation skills

• Thermal knowledge is a plus

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Listening/Learning/Coaching

• Self-starter
