Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues that arise and improve the overall customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow up as needed.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements in service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce setting, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on enhancing the customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
