About the Role:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0–18) in Lakewood, CO. You’ll deliver goal-driven therapy to support communication, feeding, and swallowing development—right in the child’s most natural environment.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120.00 per SOC
- Part-Time Caseload: 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and swallowing
- Educate and train families and caregivers to support therapy carryover
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
Requirements
- A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship
- Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology is preferred, but not required
