Description

Panorama is looking for a versatile, early-career Product Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be a force multiplier for the Product Marketing function—driving adoption and releases for our most mature products while assisting Senior PMMs on large-scale launch initiatives for new products.

You will spend your time at the intersection of marketing and operational excellence, becoming an expert on our products, our customers and the ed tech and AI market. One day you might be focused on retention and bundling strategies for our mature products; the next, you’ll be supporting a high-stakes launch or synthesizing competitive intelligence to sharpen our market edge. This is a "high-growth" role designed for someone who wants to learn the full spectrum of PMM—from SKU-specific ownership to broad-based platform enablement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own Mature Products: Support the GTM lifecycle for Panorama’s flagship product(s), owning key releases and focusing on retention-driven messaging, feature adoption, and "better together" bundling narratives.
  • Launch Coordination: Provide project management support for major GTM motions, ensuring that cross-functional checklists are updated, stakeholders are aligned, and timelines are met.
  • Enablement & Content Support:  Keep our standard platform decks, one-pagers, and "What's New" guides updated as the platform evolves.
  • Expansion & Adoption: Partner with Senior PMMs, customer marketing and demand gen to create campaigns that help current customers expand their use of the Panorama platform and adopt new innovations within their existing workflows.
  • User-Centric Focus: Write clear, concise copy for in-app announcements, help center articles, and release notes that helps educators adopt new workflows with ease.
  • Platform Adoption: Maintain the "source of truth" for the platform’s current capabilities, ensuring our Customer Success and Support teams have the most up-to-date talking points.
  • Competitive Tracking: Help maintain our competitive intelligence "source of truth," monitoring market shifts and providing actionable summaries for the platform at large.
  • Market Research: Support Senior PMMs in gathering customer insights and persona research to help inform future bundling and platform-level positioning.
  • Feedback Loop Management: Systematically gather feedback from our Support and CS teams to identify "friction points" where users are struggling to adopt the platform.

Requirements

  • 1–3 Years Experience: You have a background in Tech, whether in Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Project Management.
  • Excellence in Articulation and Simplification: You have a knack for taking a technical feature and explaining it so simply that a busy teacher or principal "gets it" in five seconds.
  • Detail-Obsessed: You are the person who catches the typo in the release notes and notices when a screenshot in a sales deck is out of date.
  • Resourceful & Curious: You don't wait for a briefing. You log into the product, click around, and figure out how it works yourself.
  • High Capacity & High Standards: You move quickly and with quality and inherently push yourself without being asked.

Benefits

Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $76,500 - $112,500.

Our salary is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonuses or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

US Only:

  • 401K with an employer match
  • Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Flexible spending account for health care and dependent care
  • Wellness Reimbursement
  • Work from Home Reimbursement
