As a Client Success Manager, your role is pivotal to our organization's growth, working cross-functionally to provide excellent service to our top clients. You’ll play a critical role in supporting and managing a book of agency & brand advertising clients. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while growing new and existing business alongside the brand solutions advertising sales team, you’re exactly who we’re looking for!
What You'll Do:
Manage 10-15 client accounts - you will own your own book of business and be responsible for retention and growth, in partnership with the account management team
Lead regular Zoom meetings with clients to onboard them, provide campaign updates, and recap campaign performance
Collaborate with our sales team to ensure campaigns are hitting client goals
Work closely with our operations teams to execute campaigns successfully
Analyze data to report on campaign performance (brand lift studies, foot traffic studies, CTR, engagement, etc)
Contribute to team training resources and process optimization
What Will Set You Up for Success:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client success management, sponsorship management, project management, or similar role, with at least 1 year in a client-facing role at a publisher, brand, or agency
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver creative business solutions
Ability to leverage your background in display and OOH marketing/advertising, and curate thoughtful creative recommendations that inspire trust and belief in our TeamSnap product
Expertise in analyzing and sharing insights on campaign metrics and the ability to use performance data to pinpoint trends
Innate ability to build rapport and understand the needs of clients
Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns and maintaining high client satisfaction
Adaptability and flexibility, with a history of fine-tuning approach to client needs

Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $60,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.Â

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
