3:15 is seeking a Cellular Enabled Device Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fulfillment and activation of cellular-enabled devices, ensuring they are prepared for customer use and delivered accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to handle technical processes will be essential to maintaining high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Part-time with availability on the weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming cellular-enabled devices according to company specifications.
- Activate and configure devices for immediate use by customers.
- Ensure all devices are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update software systems as necessary.
- Package devices securely for shipping while adhering to safety and shipping guidelines.
- Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely delivery of devices.
- Assist with troubleshooting and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of cellular technologies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
