Job Description

Enfinity Global is seeking a dynamic Financial Asset Management (FAM) Manager / Senior Manager to fill a key role in supporting a 400 MW renewable energy operating portfolio including oversight for all compliance management, financial performance of the assets, stakeholder relations, budgeting and forecasting. The position will report to the VP of Finance and will support the operating portfolio managers, accounting team, finance and treasury teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of the 400 MW portfolio.
  • Prepare quarterly deliverables, including paying debt through withdrawal certificates, and other required deliverables
  • Maintain and track power purchase agreement (PPA) contracts, solar renewable energy certificate contracts (SREC), insurance policies/claims, equipment warranties, decommissioning bonds, off-balance sheet securities, lease agreements and payments.

Financial Performance Oversight

  • Monitor the financial performance of assets, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), revenue, EBITDA, DSCR, and cash waterfall calculations.
  • Oversee distributions to stakeholders (tax equity, minority investors, Enfinity, etc.)
  • Prepare annual operating budgets and monthly/quarterly reports with variance analysis for stakeholders, lenders, and tax equity partners.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate effectively with tax equity partners, stakeholders, lenders, and internal teams. Establishing yourself as the point of contact for the operating portfolio.
  • Maintain a calendar of deliverables, including insurance certificates, net worth covenants, and other loan or tax equity covenants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desirable but not required.
  • 7-9 years of progressive experience in asset management within a reputable independent power producer (IPP).  Expertise in Tax Equity structures is a plus.
  • Accountable, high emotional intelligence, strong communication skills
  • Strong asset management and finance background with contract management, loan/tax equity documentation, and budgeting/forecasting experience.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and other financial data
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); executive presence and ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with the use of all MS Office products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and skillset to create or manage reports leveraging tools such as Power BI to drive efficiencies.
