What you'll do:
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
- Be a trusted guide for patients and families during their journey
Requirements
What we need:
- Current and valid RN license in the state MI
- Previous experience in home health a plus but willing to train
- Strong assessment, critical thinking skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
