What’s Involved:

  • You’ll join us for our Spring training session (we promise it’s fun!), where you’ll learn everything you need to be a top-notch guide, Giant Swing and Tree Climb Facilitator, UTV tour operator, and more.
  • Training starts Monday, February 23rd, through Friday, February 27th. To receive a job offer and begin working, you must attend all 5 days of training with no exceptions. Preliminary coursework will be assigned and must be completed before in-person training.
  • You’ll get hands-on training in customer service, safety protocols, and operating our zipline tours and adventure courses.
  • Availability Requirement: This is an adventure-filled job with a dynamic schedule! We are a family-focused, retail-driven business, which means weekends and holidays are our busiest times. To be a great fit for this role, you must be available to work weekends and holidays, especially during peak seasons (Spring Break, Summer, and holidays). If you're ready to work hard and have fun during the times that matter most to our guests, we’d love to hear from you!
  • Our schedule is driven by guest bookings rather than fixed hours. Some days are long, some are short, and flexibility is part of the role. When tours aren’t booked, you may assist with other park needs or have downtime built into your day.
