The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be at the front lines of growth — identifying potential customers, sparking conversations, and setting up meetings for our clients’ sales teams
.You don’t need to be a sales expert (yet). We’ll teach you everything you need to know through hands-on training and real-time coaching. This is the perfect place to kickstart your career in tech sales!
Training
You’ll go through comprehensive sales training that includes:
How to cold call, write compelling outreach messages, and qualify opportunities.
How to use modern sales tools (like CRMs and sales engagement platforms).
How to think strategically about business development and lead generation.
Ongoing mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to advance.
We’ll help you build a strong foundation for a long-term career in sales!
What You Bring To The Table

What You'll Do
Research and identify potential leads who fit our clients’ target markets
Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations. Engage with both English- and French-speaking prospects across multiple markets.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for our clients’ Account Executives.
Learn to use industry-leading sales tools and CRMs.
Collaborate with your team to test new messaging, refine strategies, and celebrate wins together.

Language Requirements
Professional fluency in English is required.
Fluency in French is strongly preferred. Preference will be given to fully bilingual candidates, as this role involves regular outreach and communication with Quebecois French-speaking prospects and clients, particularly in Quebec and Eastern Canada.
