This is a 1099 sales role for the professional who wants to own the Austin market and get paid exactly what they are worth. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

As a Field Sales Representative, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for:

• Territory Domination: Canvassing high-potential neighborhoods to find new opportunities.
• Expert Inspections: Climbing ladders and walking roofs to identify storm damage.
• Closing: Turning prospects into contracts through confident, direct communication.
• Pipeline Management: Moving leads through the system with speed and urgency.

• Target Earnings: $120,000 – $300,000+ per year (Performance-based).
