Key Responsibilities
- Consult with homeowners about their in-home comfort needs, offering expert guidance with professionalism and confidence.
- Present tailored HVAC solutions that align with customer preferences, budget, and home specs.
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners and business clients across Central Ohio.
- Collaborate with our internal teams (logistics, technicians, support staff) to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for every customer.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Apex products, services, and promotions.
- Close deals, follow through, and deliver results while keeping the customer’s needs first.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Prior HVAC or home services sales experience preferred.
- Strong communicator with a consultative, customer-centered approach.
- Technically minded able to explain HVAC systems and energy efficiency concepts in simple terms.
- Self-motivated and organized skilled at managing leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Experience using CRM systems and mobile sales tools.
- Positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
