Northern Nevada & Northern Idaho | 1099 Contract | Active LLC Required
We’re hiring 1099 Land Agent contractors to support land acquisition efforts across Northern Nevada and Northern Idaho. This is a contract-based, field-focused role supporting active and upcoming projects that require experienced agents who can work independently and represent the client professionally.
We are prioritizing contractors located in Nevada or Idaho, particularly those familiar with local landowner expectations and acquisition requirements. Contractors who are able to travel within the region will also be considered.
What you’ll do:
- Independently meet with landowners to support parcel acquisition and easement negotiations
- Represent the client professionally during landowner meetings and field visits
- Support acquisition-related documentation, parcel tracking, and field reporting
- Maintain accurate, timely records of communications, agreements, and status updates
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, or related real estate work
- Active real estate license in Nevada and/or Idaho strongly preferred
- Familiarity with local landowner dynamics and acquisition processes is a plus
- Ability to travel within Northern Nevada and Northern Idaho as needed
- Active LLC required
- Reliable transportation required
Important Notes:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not W-2 / not FTE)
- Contractors will manage their own taxes, insurance, and benefits
- Preference given to contractors local to NV and ID; travel-capable contractors will also be considered
- Real estate licensure may be required to support parcel acquisition activities
- Contract duration and workload will vary based on project needs
