We’re hiring a Quality Inspector – Cable and Harness in Nogales, MX. This is a Part-time position. Apply today for serious consideration!

Contract: 1 year
Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections on cable and harness assemblies
Record inspection data, maintain accurate documentation, and report non-conformances
Support MRB activities and provide feedback to production and quality teams on recurring issues
Verify workmanship against IPC/WHMA-A-620, customer specifications, and internal procedures
Inspect for continuity, proper crimping, soldering, labeling, and overall assembly quality
Review and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions
Use tools such as calipers, microscopes, multimeters, and continuity testers during inspections
Adhere to SQA/Client policies
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to project stakeholders, including engineers, managers, and customers
Skills and Qualifications:
Cable and Wire Harness Inspection Experience (3+ years)
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
Strong documentation skills
IPC 620 certification is not required but would be a plus
FAI, PO, and in process inspection documentation
Experience in preparing quality assurance documentation, including test plans, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reliability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to document quality processes, procedures, and test results effectively
Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and managers throughout the satellite development lifecycle.
Bilingual English and Spanish must be able to read and write
