Key Duties
- Manage and coach the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Implement sales strategies to align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Set individual sales targets and quotas for each Sales Representative, ensuring alignment with department goals.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Sales Representatives.
- Provide ongoing training and development for Sales Representatives.
- Encourage professional growth.
- Utilize analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reports.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and develop new business connections.
- Develop strategic partnerships with other construction and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and industry professionals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Educational Background:
- A bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience within a Sales leadership role within the construction or renovation industry.
- Experience with B2C D2D selling
