In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate material availability in Zoox ERP (SAP S4 Hana) by transacting all material movements.
- Manage material levels across multiple plants for production and prototype builds, coordinating with Production Planning and Engineering.
- Lead cycle counting efforts, including year-end counts and reconciliations, to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Create and release work orders, manage material staging tasks, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate order fulfillment status to internal customers and coordinate with supply planning to mitigate material shortages.
- Support the Demand Planner and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations across the Materials team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating exceptional ability.
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced NPI environment with direct Material Planning or Master Scheduling experience.
- Proficiency with ERP software (SAP or Oracle) for material transactions and planning.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and achieve goals in a dynamic environment.

Base Salary Range
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
