Job Description

  • Ensure area of responsibility is well maintained throughout the day – clean, tidy, organized and inviting at all times.
  • Contribute to the department’s action plan by taking ownership in its delivery.
  • Help and support colleagues when needed and in sharing of knowledge and help to encourage one another.
  • Take an active role in the team and co-operate appropriately with colleagues in other areas of the store.
  • Always looking for more effective ways of working to reduce cost and be cost-conscious.
  • Follow and comply with internal rules, policies and daily operational routines regarding issues like quality, food safety as set by manager.
  • Ensuring department is safe and customer are always in focus and strive to make them smile- Serve customers behind the Hot line with a smile
  • Prepare Hot and Cold dishes as assigned
  • Ensure products and condiments are stocked up, in good condition and replenished on time
  • Able to work on rotating shifts and support retail operation peak periods on public holidays and both Saturdays and Sundays
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Possess a friendly or outgoing personality in order to serve customers.
  • Team player and willing to help one another to achieve goals.
  • Physically fit and able to carry heavy items.
  • High level of personal grooming is expected in order to meet food safety and hygiene practices standards.
  • You pay good attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise and organise individual work duties in order to make the most efficient use available time.
