Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to all store patrons.
- Learning and executing inventory management tasks, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products.
- Supporting the training and development of new team members.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Participating in sales promotions and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
