Apex Pros isn't your typical home services company. We've grown from 3 vans in 2021 to over 150 trucks serving Central Ohio with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services. And we're just getting started.

We're looking for a Sales Manager who's led high-producing teams and knows what it takes to build a winning culture, not just hit numbers, but develop people who take pride in their work.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop our sales team to deliver world-class results

Coach the sales team on our "IT'S YOUR DUTY" philosophy, we educate customers

Build accountability while creating an environment where people want to show up every day

Drive performance through our WIN WIN WIN framework (customer wins, team member wins, company wins)

Help scale our proven systems as we continue aggressive growth

Requirements

What You Bring:

Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams

Experience in home services or a similar field preferred

Someone who leads from the front and rolls up their sleeves

Believes in developing people, not just managing numbers

Commitment to integrity and doing right by the customer
