About the Role

We are launching a new role for thoughtful problem-solvers who enjoy helping customers make informed decisions—without pressure or closing.

As a Home Systems Design Consultant, you’ll conduct scheduled consultations with customers to design HVAC systems tailored to their home and comfort needs. You’ll ask smart questions, think critically, and create custom system designs. Once the design is complete, the customer is handed off to a Sales Closer to finalize the purchase. This role prioritizes customer understanding and communication over technical optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who prefers focused, meaningful conversations over traditional sales tactics.

No prior HVAC experience required — we provide full training.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct scheduled HVAC design consultations via Zoom or phone
  • Ask thoughtful questions about customer homes and usage
  • Design custom HVAC system recommendations
  • Clearly explain design choices
  • Hand off customers to Sales Closers (no closing responsibility)
