United Care Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide overnight support for aging adults in the comfort of their homes. As a Caregiver/Home Care Aide (HCA), you will ensure client safety, offer companionship, and assist with essential nighttime routines. Whether you're supporting mobility, managing incontinence care, or providing a reassuring presence, you play a vital role in our clients’ well-being. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with bedtime and morning routines 

• Support with mobility, toileting, and incontinence care 

• Monitor client safety and provide overnight companionship 

• Document overnight activity and report concerns 

• Light housekeeping or meal prep, as needed 

Requirements: 

• Must be at least 18 years old 

• Previous caregiving experience preferred 

• Active California Home Care Aide registration 

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations) 

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security, etc.) 

• Overnight availability (at least 2–3 nights per week) 

• Weekend availability is required
