Responsibilities of Automotive Service Manager:

• Oversee service department operations
• Hire, train & develop automotive service team
• Maintain a safe work environment 
• Maintain shop supplies & parts inventory
• Drive production & enforce quality standards
• Ensure a high level of customer service
• Partner with other departments as needed
• Mentor a team of 2-5 associates

Requirements of Automotive Service Manager:

• Automotive Service Manager related experience
• Valid driver's license
• Background check
• Good computer, leadership & customer service skills
