Part Time Accounts Receivable Specialist (30-35 hours per week) presso DuPage Machine Products

Description

West suburban manufacturer of precision turned parts is seeking a part-time (30-35 Hours Per Week) Accounting Assistant with at least five (5) years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a computerized environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash disbursements
-Chart of accounts, journal entries, general ledger, P&L
-Reconciliation of bank accounts
-Back up receptionist

Requirements

Required Skills/Experience include:
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work with little or no supervision as well as be a team player
-Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)-Epicor/Kinetic experience preferred, but not required
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Experience in manufacturing environment required
