Description
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to oversee and support the daily operations of a digital services portfolio. Acting as a central coordination point, you will ensure smooth service delivery, incident and problem management, and continuous improvement of operational processes. The company is headquartered in Bratislava.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily operations of digital services across internal teams and external partners.
- Act as a central contact point for internal stakeholders, external clients, and management requests.
- Manage incident and problem handling processes, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of service contracts, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Maintain visibility over Helpdesk operations, ensuring adherence to service quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and coordination in major incidents and outages.
- Drive root cause analysis and support long-term problem resolution planning.
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of operational processes and user experience.
- Track and report service performance metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service efficiency and delivery consistency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in service coordination, IT operations, or digital service management.
- Familiarity with incident/problem management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, root causes, and improvement areas.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are considered an asset.
