Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Specialist for Oracle Data Integration, you will aid Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) clients in optimizing their data integration processes. This involves utilizing existing platforms for data transformation and reducing the dependency on manual data transformation and coding of ETL scripts. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement ODI Solutions: Utilize existing platforms for data transformation, reducing manual data transformation and coding of ETL scripts to optimize data integration processes for clients. • Deliver ODI Services: Provide services related to ODI installation, configuration, and key ODI technology concepts, including designer, transformation, topology, and knowledge modules. • Support Client Needs: Aid ODI clients in achieving their data integration goals by applying your knowledge of ODI technology and data transformation best practices. • Apply ODI Expertise: Leverage your understanding of ODI to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and expectations. • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their data integration needs and provide tailored support and guidance.
Required technical and professional expertise
Candidates must be located in Canada and must have Eligibility for Security Clearance.
Technical proficiency in data tools and software (SQL, Excel, PS Query Manager), analytical and critical thinking skills, communication and presentation abilities, Team collaboration and flexibility with working hours, adaptable with keen eye for details and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
