The Opportunity
Position Summary:
As a key member of the leadership team at Carewest Colonel Belcher, the Clinical Support Coordinator works closely with the Director of Care and the Rk Team Lead to support the day-to-day operations of the long-term care program. This role is part of a new leadership model currently being trialed to enhance staff experience, strengthen clinical quality, and improve resident outcomes and overall client satisfaction.
The Clinical Support Coordinator provides leadership and operational support across several areas, including quality assurance, quality improvement, and clinical team development. Responsibilities also include assisting with investigations, participating in recruitment and onboarding activities, and providing leadership coverage for the Director of Care as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Active registration with CARNA required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience required.
- 2 to 3 years leadership experience preferred.
- working in a long term care environment considered an asset.
